Who handles your information?

Pelindung.my, operated by Mohd Faris Iskandar, uses the information you provide for protection reviews, initial assessments, consultations and related follow-up.

Information collected

Your name, WhatsApp number, date of birth, occupation, smoking status, needs-related answers and any health history you disclose. Certificate documents are optional. We do not request your IC, passwords, PINs or banking information through this form.

Consent & purpose

By giving consent, you allow us to process your information, including health data you choose to provide, for reviews and consultations. Health history does not result in automatic rejection.

Storage & access

Answers are stored in a database and documents in our hosting provider’s private storage. Administrative access is restricted to authorised accounts. Infrastructure providers may process data to operate the service, including on servers outside Malaysia.

Only submitted forms are stored as prospect records. If you do not continue the WhatsApp conversation, an adviser may contact the number you provided about your request.

Documents are not publicly displayed. Health, financial and document details are not included in WhatsApp links. Handoff messages use only your name, needs and reference.

Sharing & retention

Submitting this form is not a takaful application to an operator. Any application process or further sharing will be explained separately. Information is retained as needed for consultation, related services or applicable obligations; you may request a review or deletion of your records.

Your choices

You may choose not to upload documents, contact us first, request access or corrections, withdraw consent, or request deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements.
